Hi, I ran across your blog. I found it to be very inspiring. My name is Kathleen Paquette. I've had bipoar since about 1980. Thank God it's been under control however(for the most part) for the last several years. Of course I still have episodes every now and then, but by learning how recognize the signs of an up and comming episode that helps me transition into it a little easier and minimize it's serverity. Before learning how to do that is was always a pretty wild ride. Finally after recognising that stress in my life was/is my worst enemy, I now try to avoid stress in my life if at all possible. I've never been able to tolerate medications. The tried putting me on several different kinds. But I discovered what helped me the most was something called Colostrum along with Sam-E. But then after taking that for a couple of years I no long needed to take them unless I found myself in stressful situations again. I've always been very artist and found crafting to be a very relaxing past time for me and helps reduce stress. I recently learned how to build a web site which I've been playing around with a lot. I'll have to admit, it's a little bit out there, but Of course being bipolar gives me an excuse. (: I realize i's not your tipical web site but it helps to keep me relaxed and has given me something to do while passing time. http://ChristmasStore101.com
